How does Home-Dispatch work?

You submit a work request — tell us what you need, where, and when. We match you with a verified, licensed contractor from our network. We coordinate the job, follow up on completion, and handle billing. You get one point of contact: us.

What does it cost?

We charge a coordination fee of 10-15% on top of the contractor's rate. That's it. No hidden fees, no surprise markups. You see the full breakdown before approving any work. Volume discounts available for 5+ jobs per month.

How do you vet contractors?

Every contractor in our network has an active FL DBPR license that we verify. We confirm insurance coverage and track their performance on every job. Bad apples get removed.

What if the contractor doesn't show up?

We have backup crews. If your assigned contractor no-shows, we dispatch a replacement ASAP. The job still gets done. That's the whole point.

What types of work do you handle?

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance and repairs, move-in/move-out punch lists, turnover coordination, and emergency response. If it needs a licensed contractor, we can help.

Do you handle emergency calls?

Yes. We have contractors on call 24/7 for emergencies — water leaks, electrical failures, HVAC breakdowns. Emergency work has expedited pricing, but you'll know the cost before we dispatch.

How do I pay?

We invoice weekly or monthly based on your preference. Payment by credit card or ACH. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.

What areas do you serve?

We're launching in Miami — Kendall (33186) and Brickell (33130). If you have properties outside these areas, let us know. We're expanding and can prioritize based on demand.

Can I request a specific contractor?

Absolutely. Once you've worked with contractors you like, you can request them for future jobs. We'll check their availability and prioritize the match.

How is this different from hiring contractors directly?

You don't have to verify licenses, chase down quotes, play phone tag, or manage multiple vendor relationships. We do all of that. You make one call, we handle the rest. And if something goes wrong, you have someone to call who's accountable.
